Receive and accept a donation of $125,000.00 from the United Activists for\nAnimal Rights, a non-profit organization, for the purpose of providing spay-neuter\nsurgeries for medium- and large-size dogs.\n2. Authorize a budget adjustment as set forth in the Fiscal Impact section of this\nreport.
