3) CONSIDERATION OF FIRST AMENDMENT TO OPERATING AGREEMENT AND\nMEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT REGARDING EXERCISE OF SECOND OPTION TO\nEXTEND SUBLEASE FOR PARKING FACILITIES AT THE LAKES AT WEST COVINA\nIt is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute:\n1. The First Amendment to the Operating Agreement for a Portion of the Parking Facilities\nwith CIP 2014/SG Covina Owner LLC (CIP), to renew and extend the term of the\nAgreement through May 14, 2028.\n2.
