C. Consideration to adopt Resolution No. 24-40 and Award a Contract Services Agreement to Byrom-\nDavey, Inc., a California Corporation, for Lugo Park Soccer Field Rehabilitation Project – CIP\nProject No. PRE-005 (page 351)\nPresented by the Public Works Director\nRecommendation: The City Council is requested to:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-40 appropriating $212,373 of Development\nImpact Fee Parks funding and $277,627 of Measure A funding, for a\ntotal amount of $490,000 amending the Lugo Park Soccer Field\nRehabilitation Project (Project) – CIP Project No. PRE-005, project\nfunding;\n2. Approve Plans and Specifications for the Lugo Park Soccer Field\nRehabilitation Project – CIP Project No. PRE-005;\n3. Award a Contract Services Agreement to Byrom-Davey, Inc. for the\nProject in the amount of $972,958.20 for the Lugo Park Soccer Field\nRehabilitation Project; and\n4. Approve 10% construction contingency for unforeseen conditions in\nthe amount of $97,296 for utilization by the Public Works Director or\ndesignee for potential Construction Change Orders (CCO) and 5%\nconstruction oversight in the amount of $48,600.00.
