Award of Agreement to Romtec, Inc. for Design Services, Pre-Engineered Building\nMaterial, and Installation for the Berry Street Restroom Replacement Project (No.\n2025-12)\nReference: Izzy Murguia, Public Works Director\nRecommendation: Adopt a Resolution to: (1) Amend the City’s Local Assistance\nSpecified Grant Fund application to allow the allocated $400,000 in grant funds to be\nused for the completion of one park restroom site; (2) Authorize an appropriation of\n$50,000 from the Park Land Dedication Ordinance’s Fund Balance to fund the park\nrestroom replacement project; (3) Authorize an appropriation of $155,000 in American\nRescue Plan Act funds to fund the park restroom replacement project; and (4) Award an\nagreement (No. 2025-12) for the design, supply, and installation of a restroom building\nin the amount of $566,169.26, and authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to\nexecute any necessary documents.
