Acceptance of Proposals and Award of Contract for the Ingalls Event\nCenter Wayfinding Project (Project No. 54303.16); Approve Project Plans;\nand Approve Budget Appropriation\nRECOMMENDATION:\nAccept proposals and award the contract to Square Signs LLC, dba Front\nSigns for the Ingalls Event Center Wayfinding Project in the amount of\n$136,461, and authorize the City Manager to approve contract change\norders up to 10% of the original contract; approve project plans; and\napprove an additional appropriation of Measure R Funds for the project.
