Approve and authorize the filing of the final map for Tract Map 36658­4,\nCimmaron Ridge, by Pulte Homes Company, LLC, located west of Valley\nBoulevard and south of McLaughlin Road; and\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the subdivision\nimprovement agreement to guarantee completion of the required onsite\nimprovements associated with Tract Map 36658­4.
