10.9 Agreements with ETech­360, Inc. and SDI Presence, LLC for As­Needed Professional\nInformation Technology Support Services\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a master agreement with\nETech­360, Inc. for professional as­needed service desk support for the\nInformation Technology Department in an amount not­to­exceed $100,000 for\nFiscal Year (FY) 2024/2025; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to approve a one­year renewal to the ETech­360\nmaster agreement for professional as­needed service desk support in an\namount not­to­exceed $100,000, contingent on budget availability; and\n3. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a master agreement with\nSDI Presence, LLC for higher level technical support for special projects for the\nInformation Technology Department in an amount not­to­exceed $100,000 for\nFY 2024/2025; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to approve a one­year renewal to the SDI Presence,\nLLC master agreement for higher level technical support for special projects in\nan amount not­to­exceed $100,000, contingent on budget availability; and\n5. Authorize the Finance Department to issue individual Purchase Orders on an\nas­needed basis against the executed agreements, not­to­exceed the\naggregate agreement amount approved for each year.
