10.10 Agreements with Ace Uniforms and Macro Industries, Inc. for Professional On­Call\nCustom Apparel Services\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a master agreement for\nprofessional on­call services with Ace Uniforms for custom apparel services in\nthe amount of $32,000 for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024/2025; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to approve four one­year renewals to the Ace\nUniforms Master Agreement in an annual amount of $32,000, at the City’s\ndiscretion and contingent on availability of the corresponding budget; and\n3.\nMenifee Mayor and Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a master agreement for\nprofessional on­call services with Macro Industries, Inc. for custom apparel\nservices in the amount of $32,000 for FY 2024/2025; and 4. Authorize the City Manager to approve a one­year renewal to the SDI Presence,\nLLC master agreement for higher level technical support for special projects in\nan amount not­to­exceed $100,000, contingent on budget availability; and\n5.
