3-K. ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute 3-year professional services agreements with\nconsulting firms listed in Attachment 1, in a form approved by the City Attorney, for On-\ncall Engineering services;\n(2) Approving Task Order No. 1 with Transtech Engineers, Inc., in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney, for staff augmentation in the Public Works department, not to exceed\n$845,000 annually;\n(3) Approving Task Order No. 2 with Transtech Engineers, Inc, in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney, for staff augmentation and plan check services in the Community\nDevelopment department, not to exceed $1,150,000 annually;\n(4) Appropriating $275,000 unanticipated General Fund revenue and allocating the funds to\nthe FY 24-25 Budget for Task Order No. 2; and\n(5) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
