City Council: Staff and the Police and Fire Commission recommend that 24-426\nthe City Council approve a two-year agreement with the\noption for the City to grant a one-year extension for law\nenforcement services with Frontwave Management, Inc.;\naccept funds from Frontwave Management, Inc.;\nappropriate the funds to the Police Department for the\nannual maximum amount of $350,000; and authorize the\nCity Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement.
