City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve a 24-431\nthree-year Professional Services Agreement with Ardurra\nGroup, Inc., for a not-to-exceed amount of $150,000\nannually, for a total contract amount not-to-exceed\n$450,000, for on-call water and sewer hydraulic modeling\nservices; and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to\nexecute the agreement.
