5.2 Award of Contract for the Sigler Park Soccer Fields Project - Project Plan No: P-2618.\nRECOMMENDATION:\nA. Approve a transfer from Municipal Lighting to a newly created CIP Project, Account\nNumber 59502-592501, “Soccer Field Lighting,” in the amount of $492,708.14; and\nB. Approve the award of contract to the lowest and responsible bidder in the amount\nof $2,144,579 to Zeco, Inc., and\nC. Authorize a 10% contingency in the amount of $214,457.90 for potential change\norders; and\nSPECIAL AGENDA\nDECEMBER 9, 2024\nD. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.
