Approve the award of contract to the lowest and responsible bidder in the amount\nof $347,799 to Zeco, Inc.; and\nB. Authorize a 10% contingency in the amount of $34,779.90 for potential change\norders; and\nC. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.
