Approve the award of contract to the lowest and responsible bidder in the amount of\n$567,750 to Zeco, Inc.; and\nB. Authorize a 10% contingency in the amount of $56,775 for potential change orders;\nand\nC. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.
