Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance 1716 Adopting Zone Text\nAmendment 24-03 - That the City Council conduct second reading, by title\nonly, and adopt Ordinance 1716 titled "an Ordinance of the City of Seal Beach\namending portions of Title 11 of the Seal Beach Municipal Code pertaining to\nadministrative review of modifications to nonconforming residential structures,\nadministrative review of reasonable accommodation requests, modification of\nresidential front yard permeable surface requirements, and updates to the\naccessory dwelling unit standards pursuant to Senate Bill 1211 and Assembly\nBill 2533 (statutes of 2024), and finding the Ordinance to be exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act.”
