E. Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Holistic\nSystem Integration Solutions - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7582:\n1. Approving Amendment 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with\nHolistic System Integration Solutions to approve an increase in compensation\nof $15,000 for continued post-implementation support of Tyler Technologies’\nEnterprise Permitting and Licensing Land Management Software System for a\nrevised total not-to-exceed amount of $20,000, and a seven-month extension\nto expire on June 30, 2025; and, 2. Directing the City Manager to execute\nAmendment 1 on behalf of the City.
