F. Approving and Authorizing Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement between\nthe City of Seal Beach and Clear Channel Outdoor, LLC for Bus Shelter\nMaintenance and Advertising Services - That the City Council adopt\nResolution 7583: 1. Approving Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement for Bus\nShelter Maintenance and Advertising with Clear Channel Outdoor, LLC dated\nMarch 10, 2014, as previously amended by Amendment No. 1 dated July 27,\n2020, and previously extended by letter dated January 1, 2019 (“First\nExtension”), and extending the term of the agreement for an additional five-\nyear term (“Second Extension”), and supplementing the services to be\nprovided by Clear Channel Outdoor, LLC, and revising the annual fee payable\nto the City; and, 2. Authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2\nto the Agreement on behalf of the City.
