CONSIDER APPROVAL OF APPROPRIATION OF $2.5 MILLION IN AMERICAN RESCUE\nPLAN ACT FUNDS FOR THE FOOTHILL BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT\nCEQA: Not a Project.\nRecommended Action:\nApprove an appropriation of $1,036,662 in American Rescue Plan Act funds for the Foothill\nBoulevard Improvement Project; approve an appropriation of $1,263,338 previously obligated\nfor indirect administrative services support for the Foothill Boulevard Improvement Project;\nadopt a Resolution approving an interdepartmental Memorandum of Understanding between\nthe City Manager’s Office and the Public Works Department to obligate to obligate American\nRescue Plan Act funds in the total amount of $2.3 million towards the Foothill Boulevard\nImprovement Project; and authorize the City Manager and Acting Public Works Director to\nexecute the Memorandum of Understanding.
