CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT FUNDS AND PROGRAM\nGUIDELINES FOR THE SMALL BUSINESS EXPANSION GRANT\nCEQA: Determined to be Exempt pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nApprove the program guidelines for the Small Business Expansion Grant Program (“Program”),\napprove the use of $225,000 in American Rescue Plan Act funds to implement the Program,\nand adopt a Resolution approving an interdepartmental Memorandum of Understanding\nbetween the City Manager’s Office and the Development Services Department to obligate\nAmerican Rescue Plan Act funds in the amount of $225,000 for the Program.
