CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION AND AMENDED LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH\nSBCTA REGARDING THE PACIFIC ELECTRIC TRAIL AND THE TOM THOMAS MAGNOLIA\nPLAZA PROJECT\nCEQA: Determined to be Exempt pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nAdopt Resolution No. 6810 affirming reservation of the Pacific Electric Trail right-of-way\n(formally known as the Baldwin Park Branch right of way) purchased by San Bernardino\nCounty Transportation Authority from the Southern Pacific Transportation Company, is\nreserved for a future transportation facility and any other uses of the property are interim uses\nonly; and approve Amendment No. 2 to the License Agreement between the City of Upland\nand San Bernardino County Transportation Authority.
