CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT\nWITH BURRTEC WASTE INDUSTRIES, INC.\nCEQA: Not a Project.\nRecommended Action:\nAdopt a Resolution approving the amended and restated agreement for solid waste collection,\nprocessing, disposal, and ancillary services with Burrtec Waste Industries, Inc. and adopting\nrates for solid waste collection services; 2) approve the Second Amended and Restated\nAgreement between the City of Upland and Burrtec Waste Industries, Inc. for waste\nmanagement services, and 3) authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement, make\nadjustments to the revenue and expense portions of the previously approved budget to align\nwith the current solid waste program rates, and approve any related documents on behalf of\nthe City.
