CONSIDER AN AWARD OF BID FOR PROJECT NO. 74010, LEXINGTON STREET, 1ST\nAVENUE, AND 2ND AVENUE STREET REHABILITATION AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS\nCEQA: Categorically exempt from further environmental review pursuant to Section 15301(c)\n(Existing Facilities), of the CEQA guidelines. The City filed a Notice of Exemption with the\nCounty of San Bernardino on October 16, 2024.\nRecommended Action:\nApprove the Plans and Specifications for Project 74010; award the construction contract to All\nAmerican Asphalt in the amount of $895,527; and authorize a construction contingency in the\namount of $100,000, for a total amount of $995,527.
