Madrid Fore Park Play Area Rehabilitation (CIP 334) – Notice of\nCompletion\nRecommended Action: (1) Certify the completion of and accept the improvements\nfor the subject project; (2) authorize the City Manager to sign the Notice of\nCompletion; (3) authorize the City Clerk to record Notice of Completion with the\nCounty of Orange and to release the Faithful Performance and Payment Bonds one\nyear and thirty- five (35) days respectively, after the date of recordation of the Notice\nof Completion contingent upon no claims or liens being filed with the City; and (4)\nauthorize the payment of the final retention of $42,886.88, thirty-five (35) days after\nthe date of recordation of the Notice of Completion.
