AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MERCHANTS FOR\nCITYWIDE LANDSCAPING SERVICES\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with Merchants\nLandscaping Services, Inc., (Merchants) for landscaping services from January 1, 2025, through\nDecember 31, 2025; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary,\nnon-monetary changes to the amendment; 3) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to\nexecute the amendment; and 4) Approve a budget amendment for $20,000 from the general\nfund for additional weekly landscaping services at Whitaker Park, Phase 2 of the Silverado\nTrail, and Rick Gomez Park.
