16. CITYWIDE MONUMENT DESIGN SELECTION\nComments:\nOn October 26, 2022, city entered into an agreement with Hunt Design to provide design and\nplanning services for citywide monument identification signs. Entry and exit monument sign\nconcepts were presented to the CIP adhoc committee on January 31, 2023. The committee\nreviewed concepts and made its recommendations to be considered by the City Council. The\nCity Council will consider the concepts approved by the committee consider approval of design\nand locations for primary, secondary, and tertiary city monuments to be displayed throughout high\ntraffic entrances of the City.\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City Council review and select from proposed entry/exit monument\ndesigns and adopt the attached resolution entitled: “CITYWIDE MONUMENT DESIGN\nSELECTION.”
