13. Award Construction Contract to Marina Landscape Inc., for I-15/State Route 79 South\nInterchange Enhanced Landscaping Project, PW17-19\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Award a construction contract to Marina Landscape Inc. in the amount\nof $1,324,205.84 for the I-15/State Route 79 South Interchange Enhanced\nLandscaping Project, PW17-19; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to approve construction contract change\norders up to 10% of the contract amount, $132,420.58; and\n3.
