Award Construction Contract to PTM General Engineering Services, Inc. for Traffic Signal -\nPedestrian Signal Equipment Upgrade Phase 2 - Citywide Project, PW23-12\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Award a construction contract to PTM General Engineering Services,\nInc. in the amount of $209,009 for the Traffic Signal - Pedestrian Signal\nEquipment Upgrade Phase 2 - Citywide Project, PW23-12; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to approve change orders not to exceed the\ncontingency amount of $20,900.90, which is equal to 10% of the contract\namount; and\n3.
