STAFF RECOMMENDS REJECTION OF ALL BIDS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT\nWORK AT LOS ANGELES COUNTY FIRE STATION 147\nComments:\nThe City conducted an informal bidding process for the improvements at Fire Station 147 and\nthree (3) contractors were invited to bid. After bids were submitted it was determined that the\nlowest bidder Seniors and Juniors Inc. did not comply with submitting required documents during\nthe bidding process. Therefore, Staff recommends city council to reject all bids and re-advertise\nthe informal bid. (PW)\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached resolution entitled: “A RESOLUTION\nOF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR THE\nIMPROVEMENTS AT LOS ANGELES COUNTY FIRE STATION 147.”
