5. Smith Park Turf Replacement, CIP No. 50115 – Purchase and Installation.(700)\nRecommendation:\n1. Authorize the purchase and installation of a PIVOT field system for the\nSmith Park Turf Replacement Project CIP No. 50115 in the amount of\n$1,198,371 from The Kya Services, LLC, by way of the CivicBuys\nProgram, Contract No. 3570;\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to approve change orders,\nas needed, in an amount not-to-exceed $60,000 (approximately 5% of\nthe total contract amount) for construction contingency;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute all documents related to the\npurchase and installation of the field system; and\n4. Approve the Notice of Exemption for the subject project and authorize the\nCity Clerk to file the Notice of Exemption with the County Recorder, in\naccordance with the California Environmental Quality Act.
