AWARD OF CONTRACTS TO DURATECH, FEDERAL SIGNAL, AND MOTOROLA\nSOLUTIONS FOR VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT PURCHASES (FUNDING SOURCE: MOTOR\nFLEET FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with DuraTech in the\namount of $79,942.89 for patrol fleet laptops and equipment;\nB. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with Federal Signal in\nthe amount of $76,622.84 for patrol vehicle lighting and push bumpers; and\nC.
