13.x AUTHORIZE AN AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT NO. C46680 WITH 581\nINTERWEST CONSULTING GROUP, INC., INCREASING THE\nCONTRACT BY $45,090 AND EXTENDING THE CONTRACT TERM\nTHROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2025\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Authorize an amendment to Contract No. C46680 with Interwest\nConsulting Group, Inc., increasing the contract amount by $45,090\nfor additional community outreach meetings and analysis, bringing\nthe total not-to-exceed amount to $309,970, and extending the\ncontract term through December 31, 2025.\n2. Authorize the City Attorney to make any necessary non-monetary\nchanges to the agreement.\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the\namendment and to review and approve written contract\namendment requests pursuant to Section 3.30.170 of the Palm\nDesert Municipal Code.
