B. Award of Contract for Professional Information Technology Management Services\nThe City of Rosemead contracted information technology (" IT") services with Max\nPower Technology, LLC (" Max Power") in December 2019. Their contract is set to\nexpire on December 10, 2024. A competitive bid process was conducted, and eleven\n11) qualified proposals were received. Based on a review of all proposals, staff is\nrecommending the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute aProfessional\nServices Agreement (" Agreement') with Acorn Technology Services\nAcorn Technology") for a 3 -year contract in the amount of $ 431, 820 through\nNovember 22, 2027, with the option for up to two one- year extensions.\nRecommendation: That the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute a\n3 -year Professional Services Agreement in the amount of $ 431, 820 through\nNovember 12, 2027, with Acorn Technology Services for Information Technology\nManagement Services, including an option to renew for two one- year extensions.
