Adopt Resolution No. 2024- 66 to Receive and File the Annual Report on\nDevelopment Impact Fees for Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2024\nIn accordance with Section 66006 of California Government Code, the City is\nrequired to annually report on the status of Development Impact Fees, including the\ncollection of revenue and expenditure of these funds, within 180 days after the end\nof the fiscal year. This report summarizes the required financial information for\nFiscal Year 2023- 24.\nRecommendation: That the City Council receive and file the Annual Report of\nDevelopment Impact Fees for FY 2023- 24 and adopt Resolution No. 2024- 66,\nentitled:\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nROSEMEAD, CALIFORNIA, REGARDING THE ANNUAL\nREPORT ON DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES AS OF JUNE 30,\n2024
