Approve the Use Agreement between the City of Glendora and\nthe Los Angeles County Flood Control District (LACFCD) for the continued use of Phase 1 and the\nconstruction and operation of Phases 2 and 3 of the San Dimas Wash Trail Project; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the Use Agreement.
