Waive full reading, read by title only, and introduce for first\nreading an ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nGLENDORA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10 (VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC) OF THE\nGLENDORA MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTERS 10.76 (STREET VENDING) AND 10.77\n(SIDEWALK VENDING) TO UPDATE THE CITY OF GLENDORA’S REGULATORY\nPROGRAM APPLICABLE TO STREET AND SIDEWALK VENDORS; and 2. Direct the\npreparation of a summary ordinance for publication pursuant to Govt. Code 36933 and Resolution\nCC 2018-40.
