3.1 CONSIDERATION OF OPTIONS RE THE CONTINUED OPERATION OF STABLES AT THE\nLAKEWOOD EQUESTRIAN CENTER PROPERTY - It is recommended City Council authorize\nMayor and City Clerk to execute City of Lakewood Recreation Lease Agreement for Lakewood\nEquestrian Center and City of Lakewood Equipment Rental Agreement for Lakewood Equestrian\nCenter with Pilmore Equestrian LLC, owned by Cynthia Flavin, subject to approval as to legal form\nby the City Attorney; and appropriate $150,000 from general fund to contract for facility\nimprovements at Lakewood Equestrian Center, improvements to be prioritized by City staff based on\navailability of funding.
