8.8 ACCEPT STREET, LANDSCAPING AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS AND ANNEX TRACT 17247\nINTO THE TOWN’S LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT\nThat the Town Council:\nA. Direct the Town Engineer, on behalf of the Town Council, to accept all interior streets, drainage, retention basin, and\nlandscape easements as shown within Tract 17247.\nB. Adopt Resolution No. 2024-35, A Resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Apple Valley initiating proceedings for\nan annexation of territory into the Apple Valley Landscaping and Lighting Assessment District No. 1, L-24.\nC. Receive and approve the Engineer's Report as filed or as amended (Note: The Engineer’s report has already been filed\nand is made a part of this agenda item for the Council’s review and approval)\nD. Receive and approve the Landowner’s consent.\nE. Adopt Resolution No. 2024-36, A Resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Apple Valley declaring its intention to\nannex territory into the Apple Valley Lighting and Landscaping Assessment District No. 1, L-24 ordering improvements,\nand to levy and collect assessments pursuant to the Lighting and Landscaping Act of 1972.
