Tract 19915 - Assignment Agreement ( Century Communities)\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\n1) Adopt Resolution No. 2024- , to accept the replacement subdivision bonds;\n2) Authorize the Mayor to sign the "Assignment and Assumption Agreement" for Tract\n19915; and\n3) Approve the release of the improvement bonds for Tract 19915 posted by the\noriginal owner.
