Impose a Transactions and Use Tax to be Administered by the State Department of\nTax and Fee Administration.\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat Mayor Wells requests the City Clerk to recite the title.\nAn Ordinance of the City of El Cajon Imposing a Transactions and Use Tax to be\nAdministered by the State Department of Tax and Fee Administration.\nThe proposed ordinance amendment is exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (“CEQA”) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)(4).
