32. Amendment to the El Cajon Municipal Code Chapter 6.12 of Title 6 regarding dogs in\nthe Superblock Area of El Cajon\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat Mayor Wells requests the City Clerk to recite the title.\nAn Ordinance of the City Council of the City of El Cajon, California, repealing Section\n6.12.150 of Chapter 6.12 of Title 6 of the El Cajon Municipal Code, to permit dogs in\nthe Superblock Area of El Cajon.\nThis project is exempt pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA")\nin accordance with State CEQA Guidelines section 15061(b)(3), the “Common Sense”\nexemption. The common sense exemption applies where it can be seen with certainty\nthat there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant effect on\nthe environment. The proposed amendment does not result in any development or\nchanges to the physical environment and does not raise this project to a level of\nsignificance that warrants CEQA analysis.
