9. Fiscal Year 2024-25 CDBG Mid-Year Budget Amendments\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council:\n1. Modifies Fiscal Year 2024-2025 appropriations as detailed in the report;\n2. Allocates, appropriates, and expends $25,695 in CDBG funds to the NSL 2024\nProject (Engineering Services Project #253844PWCP);\n3. Allocates, appropriates, and expends project funds including $52,561.91 for the\nHousing Rehabilitation Loan Program (C1123);\n4. Allocates, appropriates, and expends $4,005 in CDBG Program Income funds and\n$2,318 in HOME Program Income funds for program administration costs\n(C1116/H1120), and an additional $20,859 for the Housing Pool of Funds\n(HPOOL); and\n5. Approves contract change order No. 1 for the Neighborhood Streetlights\nImprovement (NSL) 2023 Project (Engineering Services Project No.\n233784PWCP) Bid No. 030-24, Purchase Order No. 22400345 in the amount of\n$225,950 to T&M Electric, Inc. dba Perry Electric, for the installation of needed\nstreetlights in low-income residential areas.
