11. Replacement of Damaged Message Board Trailer\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, to:\n1. Appropriate $25,000 of Gas Tax Fund equity to increase the Fiscal Year 2024-25\nGas Tax Vehicle Replacement (211595) annual budget; and\n2. Authorize the Capital Outlay of $25,000 for the replacement of the message\nboard trailer described in the report.
