3. Project #PW2022-08 – Project Management, Construction Management & Inspection\nServices. (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve the following:\n1. Award the Pritchard Field Project – Project Management, Construction Management &\nInspection Agreement in the amount of $299,089 to Transtech Engineers, Inc.; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee, to execute change orders in a total\namount not to exceed $25,000 (ten percent of the contract amount) for any necessary\nadditional work.
