9. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH DUDEK\nFOR PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE CULVERT\nREPLACEMENT PROGRAM EXTENDING THE TERM THROUGH DECEMBER\n31, 2025\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council approve Amendment No. 2 with\nDudek extending the term of the Professional Design Services Agreement through\nDecember 31, 2025. If the City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an\nappropriate motion would be:\n“I move to approve Amendment No. 2 with Dudek extending the term of the\nProfessional Design Services Agreement for the Culvert Replacement Program through\nDecember 31, 2025, and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment on\nbehalf of the City.”
