Approve the Agreement for Vendor Services with Facility Solutions Group in\nthe amount of $145,393.74, for the purchase and installation of additional LED\nwalkway and parking lot lights at Suzanne Park;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the contract on behalf of the City in\nsubstantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by the City\nAttorney; and\n3. Authorize staff to issue a Purchase Order to Facility Solutions Group in the\namount of $145,393.74.
