Resolution No. 24-65 – Amending the Executive Salary Schedule\nRecommendation: That the City Council adopt Resolution No. 24-65 amending\nthe Executive Salary Schedule of Authorized Positions to increase the salary range\nfor the Director of Finance/City Treasurer position from an existing range of (M13)\n$11,340 - $14,473 (monthly) to a proposed range of (M14.1) $13,059 - $16,667\n(monthly).

Agreement for Vendor Services with Facility Solutions Group for $145,393.74\nfor the Purchase and Installation of Additional LED Walkway and Parking\nLot Lights at Suzanne Park\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Approve the Agreement for Vendor Services with Facility Solutions Group in\nthe amount of $145,393.74, for the purchase and installation of additional LED\nwalkway and parking lot lights at Suzanne Park;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the contract on behalf of the City in\nsubstantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by the City\nAttorney; and\n3. Authorize staff to issue a Purchase Order to Facility Solutions Group in the\namount of $145,393.74.

7. Bi-Annual Sport Group and Tournament Field Use Request - Spring 2025\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Approve the Bi-Annual Use Agreements for January 2025 through July 2025\nfor American Youth Soccer Organization, Walnut Youth Softball, Walnut Pony\nBaseball, and DBWV-FC Man United for the following use requests, and the\nfollowing Sunday Use and Tournament requests, and\n2. Authorize the Public Works Director to execute and administer said agreements\nin substantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by the City\nAttorney.\nField Use Requests:\na) Use of Butterfield Park by FC Man United Soccer Club from February 2, 2025\nthrough June 13, 2025;\nb) Use of Suzanne Park by Walnut Youth Softball from January 20, 2025 through\nc) Use of Walnut Ranch Park by AYSO from January 20, 2025 through June 14,\n2025* and by FC Man United Soccer Club (Filed D) from February 2, 2025\nthough June 15, 2025* and Sunday use as approved in previous years for FC\nMan United Soccer Club. There is mutually agreed upon division of field use\nbetween AYSO and DBWV-FC Man United Soccer.\n*Excluding Westhoff Event Dates and City Events\nd) Use of Creekside Park by Walnut Pony Baseball from February 1, 2025\nthrough July 20, 2025.\ne) Use of Snow Creek Park by Walnut Pony Baseball from February 1, 2025\nthrough June 14, 2025.\nf) That the tournaments be approved as requested.\ng) Any additional requests should time allow, and all criteria be reviewed\nadministratively.

9. Agreement for Vendor Services with Landscape Structures, Inc. for\n$1,269,104.50 to Purchase of ADA Accessible Playground Equipment for Snow\nCreek Park\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Approve the Agreement for Vendor Services with Landscape Structures, Inc.\nin the amount of $1,269,104.50 for the purchase and installation of playground\nequipment at Suzanne Park;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the contract on behalf of the City in\nsubstantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by the City\nAttorney;\n3. Appropriate $250,000 from General Fund Reserves (01 funds) to the project to\nbe reimbursed by General Fund Grant Funds from California Natural Resources\nAgency for the project;\n4. Authorize staff to issue a Purchase Order to Landscape Structures, Inc. in the\namount of $1,269,104.50; and\n5.
