9. Agreement for Vendor Services with Landscape Structures, Inc. for $1,269,104.50 to Purchase of ADA Accessible Playground Equipment for Snow Creek Park Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Approve the Agreement for Vendor Services with Landscape Structures, Inc. in the amount of $1,269,104.50 for the purchase and installation of playground equipment at Suzanne Park; 2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the contract on behalf of the City in substantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; 3. Appropriate $250,000 from General Fund Reserves (01 funds) to the project to be reimbursed by General Fund Grant Funds from California Natural Resources Agency for the project; 4. Authorize staff to issue a Purchase Order to Landscape Structures, Inc. in the amount of $1,269,104.50; and 5.
