9. Approve Professional Services Agreement with Dhalin Group Inc. for Conceptual and Schematic Design Phases of the Gymnasium and Teen Center Renovation Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Dhalin Group, Inc. (Dhalin) for the conceptual and schematic design phases of the Gymnasium and Teen Center Renovation Project; 2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the Agreement on behalf of the City in substantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; and 3. Authorize staff to issue a Purchase Order to Dhalin in the amount of $79,500.
