6. Agreement for Vendor Services with Pumpman for Two Pump Replacements in Zone 9 Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Approve the Agreement for Vendor Services with Pumpman in the amount of $32,781.00 for the replacement of two 25hp booster pumps in Zone 9; 2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the contract on behalf of the City in substantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; and 3. Authorize staff to issue a Purchase Order to Pumpman in the amount of $32,781.00.
