10. City Council Reorganization Policy Review Recommendation: That the City Council direct the City Attorney and City Clerk to update the City Council Reorganization Policy to coincide with the General Municipal Election cycle consistent with Government Code Section 36801 and to present the revised Policy to the City Council for approval on a future Agenda.
